Q: Are any of your products frozen?
A: No. All The Meat Market products are fresh.
Q: Do you offer delivery services?
A: We do have delivery service in the Town of Winthrop.

Q: Do you offer wholesale services?
A: No. The Meat Market is strictly a retail meat market.

(Subsitute Chicken with Pork, Veal, Sausage,
Shrimp or your choice)
Main ingredient:
Choice of main ingredient mentioned above.
- Lightly flour and saute in oil until cooked.
Saute 3-5 minutes:
- Peppers (any color)
- Onions
- Sliced Mushrooms
Add 1 can of kitchen ready tomatoes (1 can will feed 4 people)
Cook 25 minutes then add spices (salt & pepper). Add Meat/Poultry/Fish,
cook for an additional 10 more minutes. Serve over pasta or rice.
